V Festival Weather Update

Those of you who are lucky enough to be raving and misbehaving at V Festival this weekend at Staffordshire and Chelmsford can breathe a sigh of relief that its going to be mostly dry all weekend - YAYNESS!!! No mud baths - well there may be a chance of a muddy session on Saturday at Weston Park, Staffs. So don't forget your wellys best to be prepared and pack a light anorak - its better to be safe than sorry.

Packing for festivals can be a tad annoying as you have to be prepared for all weather conditions. So don't forget to layer up, wear light funky tops and lay up with cardies, leggings, or even wear dresses with waistcoats and tights. And for you boys out there- layer up with t's and jumpers/grandad style cardies. At least that way if you get to hot you get throw off your layers.
Top festival wear:
Hats - whether they are Panama, trilby's, straw boat hats - hats are a life-saver especially if you suffer from a bad case of festival bed head.
Wellys - they protect your feet - from trench feet to trodden feet!
Army jackets - it doesn't matter if you get it dirty, you can get away with it plus its bang on trend!
The rocker t-shirt - standard festival wear.
Sunglasses - aviator, Jacky O's, Raybans - they are a must have for every festival. Everyone looks better with some cool sunnies, they hide your panda hides as well as your red bloodshot hungover peepers!!
And finally the best life save for festivals has to the the legendary dry shampoo - that way you can get away with not washing your hair and maintain the style. Perfect for high maintenance girlies.
Don't forget your sense of humour to, festivals is about having fun, being silly, listening to some great music, meeting loads of random people and embracing the outdoors - come rain or shine!
